Emerging Markets Sales Representatives are responsible for holding meetings with incoming leads, securing new emerging market accounts, and leading all small market Paycom implementations. Emerging Market representatives ensure a successful implementation by guiding our new clients to 100% usage and adoption of the Paycom solution. They lead communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of each project.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Set and hold meetings with incoming small market leads to demo the Paycom solution
+ Analyze the needs of incoming small market clients and quote pricing accordingly
