The Emergent Ground Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of emergent ground crews by assigning and distributing work, facilitating scheduling needs, assisting with tracking and resolution of equipment and vehicle issues, and promoting positive customer relations within the service area. This position will work with the clinical, education, and fleet maintenance departments during the orientation process. This position will assist ground crews on difficult or unusual assignments and will coordinate with other Life Flight Network (LFN) departments and managers when issues may arise. The Emergent Ground Supervisor is responsible for supervising timely, safe, and compassionate care to patients of LFN within their scope of practice and division.
