About the Job:  As a Vet Tech in the Intermediate Care/Patient Care department you will be responsible for:

+ Collecting samples, placing IV catheters, prepare IV fluids and additives

+ Administering medication

+ Measuring blood pressure

+ Must be able to prioritize procedures and delegate tasks. Triage emergencies, prepare and present estimates, admit patients to the hospital, discharge patients.
