In the Security & Emergency Services Manager role, you will be responsible for promoting the safety, security, and well-being of residents, employees, and visitors. The SES Manager delivers exceptional customer service and hospitality, fosters a culture of belonging, and manages a team of EMS professionals who provide emergency medical services to residents, employees, and visitors.
Compensation: $73,000 - $83,000 annually plus a generous performance-based bonus.
What you will need
+ Must be at least 21 years old
+ Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle both emergencies and non-emergencies with a customer first approach
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement), Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experience
