Position Overview
**POSITION SUMMARY:** Plans and directs emergency response services on a local, regional and national level. Develops programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and ensures a safe working environment. Coordinates resources and activities of personnel engaged in performing emergency response services for quality control of processes and regulatory compliance.
**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Coordinates or manages activities of the emergency response division to optimize operational efficiency while protecting workers and the environment.
+ Directs and coordinates organizational activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize profits.
+ Ensures, directly or through subordinates, that the company is in compliance with all pertinent federal, state and local regulations.
