Job Purpose
Emergency Recovery Coordinators focus on customer care, securing project opportunities for Emergency and Restoration Services, provide quick response, competitive pricing, and product differentiation based on circumstance and customer influences. ERCs generate and respond to revenue opportunities at both the residential and commercial-property level. They collaborate directly with local public emergency response agencies and private entities to support their operational goals. Emergency Recovery Coordinators help to increase our community footprint by participating in community awareness events and programs.Key Skills Include:
