The Hospital has over 500 employees, 40 active medical staff providers, 125 courtesy and consulting physicians, and 30 volunteers.

About the Opportunity:

• ER Physicians develop their own schedules, generally working three 12-hour shifts one week and four the next
• Work in a 24-hour ED, which sees about 16,000 visits per year
• The ED is a Level II trauma center, and sees a wide variety of cases; however, major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery, and other critical cases are transported to a tertiary care center
• The department has one trauma room and 11 exam rooms
