Position Overview
Job Description:
- Position available immediately with coverage required as soon as possible.
- Flexible shift options include 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
- Current documentation system: EPIC in March 2025.
- Emergency department staff are responsible for responding to house codes.
- Hospitalist coverage may be required and will be clarified based on operational needs.
- Census - 26 patients per day, 9500 per year
- Shift hours for both physician and APP - either 7a-7p or 7a-7a (24hrs)
- Below are the open shifts:
- 4/7- 7a-7p
- 4/8- 7a-7p
- 4/9-7a-7p
- 4/10- 7a-7p
- 4/12- 7a-7p & 7p-7a (could also be a 24-hour shift)
- 4/26- 7a-7p & 7p-7a (could also be a 24-hour shift)
Requirements:- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine - Required
- Active NY license - Required
- BLS, ACLS -
