• EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
• Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist /Oncologist

Mandated Requirements:

• Provider must be available for nights and weekends
  
• OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
• NRP - REQUIRED
