Job Setting:  Freestanding Emergency Department with Urgent Care 
Types of Cases:  Mixed ED/Urgent Care; 18-20% ED volume 
Credentialing:  90-120 days 
 Minimum Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible:  ABEM or AOBEM only 
Certifications:  ACLS 
Licensure:  Active Indiana license
