Our rural hospital, located in Bath, NY is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in the Emergency Department (ED) and Observation Unit. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the Observation Unit.
• Assist in the rural Emergency Department alongside ED physicians.
• Conduct assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
• Manage and monitor patients' care throughout their stay in the hospital.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
