Position Overview
Working Hours Rotating 3 shifts (AM / PM / ON) 5 working days per week (rostered). Shift schedule will be based on operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Summary Provide frontline administrative and customer service support in the Emergency Department, ensuring smooth patient registration, appointment coordination, and service experience for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities - Register patients for walkβin and phone enquiries
- Collect payments, deposits, and support financial counselling for admissions
- Coordinate with Bed Management Unit for patient admissions and bed allocation
- Arrange appointments for patients
- Prepare and sort documents for medical records processing
- Provide frontline customer service and support to patients and their families
