Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support hiring activities in EMEA. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on administrative coordination and candidate management. The Intern will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for end‑to‑end recruitment processes across EMEA functions.
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support the applicant tracking system SmartRecruiters with data entry and updates.
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct CV screening for selected roles, where required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting.
