Core Responsibilities and Duties General: The Compensation and Benefits Lead will serve as Regional point of contact for Human Resources Business Partners and Business Leadership on corporate compensation and incentives (EMEA) and benefits programme (EMEA) across all KBR business lines.

You will lead on market intelligence activities, including the submission of salary surveys, analysing the results to populate our job pricing database, currently covering each country in EMEA. In conjunction with HRBP and Business Unit Leads, you will design project specific performance and retention incentive plans, as well as supporting on global initiatives including the Annual Salary Review and incentive nominations processes.
