Embroidery Machine Operator – Role Overview

As an embroidery operator at East London Printers , you will be responsible for running our commercial embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, and helping us deliver premium branded garments for our customers.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial embroidery experience
• Confident operating Tajima and Brother embroidery machines
• Strong understanding of fabric types and correct stabiliser selection
• Confident hooping a wide range of garments: caps, bags, polos, fleece, hoodies, sportswear, etc.
• Ability to thread, tension and troubleshoot machines quickly and efficiently
• Experience replacing needles, rotary hooks, bobbins, trimmers and other consumable parts
• Good understanding of stitch types, densities and push/pull compensation
