Email Marketing Specialist
About This Role
Email is one of our highest-ROI service lines. We need a specialist who can own the full email lifecycle — from strategy and copywriting through to build, send, and performance analysis — across platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop email marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp
- Write compelling, on-brand email copy and subject lines
- Design and code responsive HTML email templates
- Set up and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, nurture)
- Conduct A/B tests and report on open rates, CTR, and revenue
- Maintain list hygiene and deliverability best practices
- Present monthly performance reports to clients
