Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist , you will work with cross-functional teams to support the Toronto Star’s growth initiatives through email campaign management. You’ll be responsible for the thorough execution of each email campaign, the refinement of existing templates, and the creation of new ones.

• Manage the email calendar to monitor requests for deployments from various business units and head off any audience conflicts
• Work with internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are reflected in an accurate and effective manner
• Stay on top of the campaign management tasks to ensure projects stay on track including collection of campaign assets and contact lists.
• Day-to-day email campaign execution, including list imports, set-up, segmentation, scheduling, and reporting
