Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign reports and performance metrics
• Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding campaign performance
• Utilize marketing software and Microsoft Excel for reporting and campaign management
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all campaign activities

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Email Marketing
• Client-facing experience
• Experience managing client accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze campaign reports and performance data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
