Job Purpose

The Spurs Football Development Head Coach – Earlscliffe Sixth Form is a pivotal role within the department, blending elite coaching with meaningful educational outcomes. The post-holder will lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of a structured football programme embedded within a partner education setting, acting as the primary representative of the department and Club within that environment.

As a senior member within the department, you will also be required to support on broader department or Club programmes in either a leadership or delivery capacity.
