Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Responsibilities Perform SCADA, DACS, Distributed Control System (DCS), PLC related installation, commissioning, testing, repair, and maintenance activities of intra-project, inter-project, and inter-agency systems. Implement and ensure regulatory requirements on bulk electric system equipment by testing, recording and reporting results on various electrical and electronic equipment. Provide direct support for installation and commissioning, upgrade, inspection, testing and preventive maintenance of electronic and electrical systems pertaining to power generation and ancillary equipment of hydropower project.
