Position Overview
Principal Responsibilities: Strategy Development – Leads the overall development of product strategies for ESG to achieve revenue and profitability target. Strategy Execution – Support growth targets through executing effective commercial, marketing/ product & channel strategies. Drives initiatives and planning efforts to maximize growth and margin performance. Price Management - Monitor product costs and profit performance of product lines, Identifies pricing opportunities, and tracks implementation of key pricing initiatives or targets against plan Product Management- Develop product strategies with alignment with Global electronic team. Source and secure products to achieve LGS ESG growth agenda. Monitors sales and margin performance at the country level on a monthly basis.
