Summary:
This position is responsible for performing noninvasive procedures which include stress testing, holter monitoring, event monitoring, standard, and complex electrocardiograms
Responsibilities:
Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Performs EKG's utilizing the GE MAC 5500 machine.Performs electrocardiograms for inpatient and outpatient populations including all ages.Performs Holter monitor hook-ups.Performs Cardiac event monitor hook-ups.Responsible for quarterly quality assurance for stat EKGs.Schedules all patients for any and all procedures performed in the department that requires an appointment.Refers outpatients to centralized scheduling.Performs assessments on patients of various ages prior to the diagnostic procedure in-patient and outpatient procedures.Maintains all diagnostic equipm...
