What background helps me succeed?

High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or a similar craft.

Solid grasp of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.

Ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Willing to support flexible scheduling and overtime when needed.
