The Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the organization's top technical authority for electrical systems, equipment, and industrial controls. This role provides advanced expertise, guidance, and problem‑solving support across engineering, production, maintenance, and safety functions. The Electrical SME ensures all electrical work meets or exceeds NEC standards, drives technical excellence, and supports continuous improvement of electrical processes, training programs, and safety practices. The SME acts as a key resource for complex troubleshooting, design reviews, quality validation, and strategic electrical planning across industrial and commercial production environments.
