**Role - Electrician / LED Technician**
**Location - Tijuana, BC, Mexico**
**Key Responsibilities**
2-5 years experience is must.
- Hands-on soldering of LED modules and strips
- Fabrication of custom LED connections and jumpers
- Clean solder joints with proper insulation and strain relief
- Experience with heat shrink tubing and proper cable dressing
- Modify LED circuits to suit custom sign sizes
- Testing continuity and polarity before installation
- Repair of damaged LED connections on site
**Required Skills**:
- Understanding of current, voltage drop, and load limits for LEDs
- Experience with soldering and LED module assembly
- Knowledge of electrical safety and wiring standards
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and schematics
