Responsibilities
Assessing and preparing Fee Proposals Performing Detailed Engineering Design and Specifications Developing Schedules of Quantities Creating Tender Documentation and participating in Tender Adjudication Handling Contract Documentation Project Management, including cost control, payment certificates, project scheduling, and recording of minutes Testing and Commissioning Creating As-built documentation and drawings Conducting initial audits to ascertain the Scope of work Requirements
