**What You’ll Do**

+ Assemble **custom heat treat furnaces** from start to finish
+ Read and follow **electrical blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials**
+ **Install wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components**
+ **Bend and route conduit safely and efficiently**
+ **Complete panel wiring and electrical connections**
+ **Assist with basic troubleshooting and installation tasks**
+ **Work with a small team (1–2 people) to meet production goals**
+ **Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace**
