The Role
 
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will coordinate our field staff to ensure compliance and effectiveness across all projects. You will be the bridge between management and the field, developing quarterly goals and guiding your team to exceed client expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and review the performance of Electrical Tradespeople and Apprentices.
• Operational Excellence: Plan and assign work, provide technical support, and conduct site visits to ensure top-tier work quality.
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with client representatives to maximize service delivery and maintain strong relationships.
