We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing production teams, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

+ Train, manage, and evaluate production team members.

+ Assist Project Manager in preparing and updating production schedules.

+ Make daily schedules and plans for proper resource utilization.

+ Create and maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and accident reports.

+ Coordinate and monitor installation progress, organizing and directing production in accordance with the contracted scope of work.

+ Oversee the implementation and compliance with quality assurance and quality control programs.
