They cover the entire life cycle of any building project, with broad capability offering saving clients time, money, and effort. 

Due to expansion they have recently started a new due diligence team focused on very early stage site selection and feasibility studies. There are experts in Civils, Environmental and Electrical working together to look at potential sites and ensure they are practical and cost effective for development.

Role Responsibilities

Due Diligence & Feasibility 

Lead due diligence projects for potential data centre sites across EMEA.
