Electrical Reliability Technician

The role provides direction on electrical plant reliability, sits at the intersection of technical expertise, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement, with responsibility spanning fault identification to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement reliability improvements to reduce equipment failures and production losses.
• Develop and optimise maintenance strategies, tactics, and asset management plans.
• Monitor SAP work orders and performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage and deliver electrical upgrade and improvement projects, including contractor oversight.
• Coach, mentor, and support electricians to build team capability.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and collaborate closely with reliability and maintenance teams.
