Role Objective
The Manager (Electrical) is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of electrical systems and equipment across the Industrial Salt, Bromine, and SOP plants. You will oversee preventive maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all electrical operations comply with safety standards in a highly corrosive marine chemical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Management:
Lead the maintenance of HT/LT motors, transformers, switchgears (VCC/PCC), and VFDs.
Implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
System Reliability:
Troubleshoot complex electrical failures to minimize downtime.
