Position Overview

  Experienced and motivated Maintenance Engineer wanted for busy HVAC Manufacturing Company in Mangere. 
  About Role: 
 Be responsible the continuous running of equipment and machinery. Work with the maintenance team to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns, and develop strategies to increase overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel, and production processes. Use computerised systems to oversee routine maintenance and organise repairs.
  Responsibilities: 
 Response to and diagnose breakdowns of equipment & machinery
 Fit new or repaired parts
 Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
 Work with PLCs and VSDs to control machinery
 Provide preventative maintenance
 Design maintenance strategies and procedures
 Carry out quality inspections and scheduled checks on machinery and parts
 Calibrate instruments
