Job description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Executive to join our team at Kernelpop. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of our food processing equipment and facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, be well-versed in PLC-based machines, and have substantial experience in maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend operational life.
Manage all aspects of vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation for maintenance-related services and spare parts.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
