Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor who are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at their fully automated operation in Corby, Northamptonshire, on a 4on, 4off basis (Days and Nights in blocks of 4).

Please note: This role involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance at heights of up to 120ft, in temperatures as low as -23°C, ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate a range of critical systems, including conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, and oxygen reduction systems, in accordance with supplier guidelines.
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
• Performance & Efficiency: Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to budgetary constraints.
