Introduction

A leading manufacturer in the East Rand is urgently looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with extensive experience in PLC and Drives to join their team.

This role will lead and manage the electrical and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all electrical & instrumentation, safety systems, maintenance, and repairs of all electrical equipment within the manufacturing facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for analytical and problem-solving, with the flexibility to effectively respond to continually changing internal and external business conditions.
• Managing E&I teams.
• Ensure the company stays objective-driven, KPI (OEE, Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Safety, and Cost).
• Strategically plan and implement maintenance schedules.
