Jobs Description - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment.
- Plan and schedule site activities to ensure smooth and timely progress.
- Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Monitor work progress according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Liaise with architects, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for project coordination.
- Attend site meetings, briefings, and inspections.
- Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations at site.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation such as progress reports, testing and inspection records.
- Prepare material requisitions and check deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
