This role is built for a hands-on leader who can manage electrical artisans while driving reliability across production equipment. You will oversee preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Education:

• Grade 12
• N4 or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Trade Test Electrician (essential)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG plant electrical maintenance
• Experience in continuous manufacturing environments
• Strong fault-finding and preventative maintenance experience
• At least 5 years supervisory experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of OHS Act and relevant legislation
