**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Develop cost estimates from the take‐off stage to bid hand‐off
+ Work with ConEst Estimating Software
+ Develop cost estimates for change orders
+ Analyze material and labor requirements to complete a project
+ Attend pre‐bid and scope review meetings
+ Compute and submit bids
+ Read & thoroughly understand blueprints
+ Perform fully on-screen electronic takeoffs and markups
