You will be the Electrical Engineering Technology Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) organization. Our team develops cutting edge focal plane sensors for missile and aerospace applications, delivering high performance digital, analog and power solutions to U.S. and allied customers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electrical Engineering Technology Manager you will provide functional and technology leadership for a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team, overseeing recruitment, career development and performance while acting as the senior subject matter expert for digital, analog and power design. You will drive technical excellence, affordability and program execution by enforcing Engineering Practice Manual (EPM) and Design Assurance standards, supporting program planning and mentoring engineers to deliver cutting edge sensor solutions.
