Essential Responsibilities

+ Schedule, hold, and document design reviews, leading the team in quality designs.

+ Handle any design issues between quality, manufacturing, and engineering.

+ Attend Kick Off Meetings and answer technical questions.

+ Work leader responsibilities may include on-the-job training, directing lower-level engineering personnel to appropriate sources of information, products, vendors, etc.
