The candidate will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver innovative, high-quality, and compliant electrical solutions for automated industrial equipment, with a focus on pump stations and water treatment systems. This role ensures seamless collaboration between engineering and manufacturing, maintains and improves engineering standards, drives technical innovation, and delivers projects on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant industry and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 electrical and controls engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.

+ Plan, organize, and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
