Job Description
The Site Electrical Engineer – Automation & Reliability is responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of plant electrical systems and press control systems, with specific ownership of the Dorst, Digital Press, and Osterwalder presses and their associated automation, motion, and safety controls.

This role supports Process Safety Management (PSM) activities including LOPA participation, PFD development, and Management of Change (MOC) for electrical and control system modifications. The engineer leads electrical and control system reliability efforts, including substation support, arc flash analysis, and process control system reliability, while also supporting high‑pressure systems and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic press equipment.

The position partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, and OEMs to ensure press systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role also contributes to capital projec...
