Job Description
A leading global consumer products company focused on providing personal care solutions that help people look, feel, and live their best life is looking for an Electrical Engineer to assist operations in their Electrical Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex automated equipment and control system used in high-volume production. The role blends hands-on engineering, advanced PLC/HMI programming, servo and vision technology integration, and full lifecycle project leadership. This person will serve as the technical expert for plant equipment, drive cost-savings initiatives, lead system troubleshooting, commission new machinery, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and efficiency throughout Operations. Must portray excellent communication and professionalism, and be OK 5 days a week onsite in Milford, CT.
