**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in hyperscale and cololocation data center design and execution.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in the detailed design of substations and substation designs between 110kV to 400kV.
