Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (AB, TI, Modicon) across production linesProgram and integrate ABB robots (legacy and modern) for automated processesDesign, install, and maintain electrical control systems and network infrastructureConduct preventive maintenance and diagnostics to reduce downtimeSupport commissioning of new automation equipment and retrofitsPerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for electrical failuresMaintain accurate documentation of PLC programs, robot configurations, and electrical schematicsEnsure compliance with safety protocols including Lock Out / Tag Out and electrical codesCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support continuous improvementMentor technicians and support knowledge sharing across departments Top 3 Competencies Needed for Success in the Role: ...
