Hargrove is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Lead / Construction Manager to support projects in De Kalb, MS. This role focuses on coordinating electrical construction activities, with some involvement in I&C scope, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

This position plays a key role in supporting the Weatherization Project, as well as other OPCO capital, retrofit, and outage projects. The ideal candidate brings strong field coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead contractor execution with minimal supervision.
