We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our client's production team in Pasadena, Tx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components used in power distribution and motor control systems. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, mechanical & technical aptitude, as well as a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards per schematics and technical drawings

Perform soldering tasks with precision, ensuring strong connections

Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled units

Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes

Ensure workstations and tools are clean and organized

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
