As an Educational Delivery Specialist at BYD in Abu Dhabi, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience during test drives and vehicle handovers. Your primary focus will be to educate customers about BYD’s electric mobility features and address any questions they may have about our brand.

In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll support the sales team by promoting referrals and helping them reach monthly sales targets. You’ll also ensure that vehicles are prepared to meet BYD’s standards and manage leads and customer data efficiently. Staying informed about competitor activities will be key to effectively addressing customer concerns.

To excel in this role, you should have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues swiftly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and you must complete mandatory training as stipulated by Al Futtaim and BYD.
