We are looking for a patient, gentle, and reliable caregiver for my grandmother in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. The position is flexible and not live-in, with an ASAP start date. Hours and pay can be discussed based on availability and experience.
My grandmother has rheumatoid arthritis and walks with a cane. She needs compassionate assistance with companionship, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping. There is no heavy lifting required — only assisting my grandmother as needed.
The caregiver must be Spanish-speaking, kind, respectful, and very patient. My uncle lives in the home, but no care or assistance is needed for him.
We are looking for someone who can provide daily communication by phone to keep the family updated on how my grandmother is doing.
